This weeks Sweet Melissa Sunday recipe was Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies. You can't go wrong with a peanut butter cookie!
These cookies were chewy and oh so delicious. Great peanut butter flavor and they had the classic criss-cross pattern on top. They looked like the perfect peanut butter cookie. I also added chocolate chunks to half of the dough because I just couldn't resist the PB&Chocolate combination.
I accidentally deleted the plain cookies from my memory card (OOPS!). All I have is the chocolate version, which isn't so bad to look at.

Peanut butter cookies are in my top five favs for cookies. I've been thinking I'd like to make up a batch and based on your recommendation, will have to give these a try. YUM!!
I bet the chocolate addition made the cookies all the more better.

I so agree on how tasty these cookies are! I loved this recipe and will make them at Christmas with the little hershey kiss in the middle! Your cookies look great!
Oh man, your cookies look fantastic! I briefly contemplated adding chocolate to my cookies but was feeling lazy so I skipped it. Now I wish I'd done it :) Great job!
What a great idea to add chocolate. I can only imagine how good that combination would be ("imagine" in every sense of the word cuz I can't these cookie due to peanut allergies).
There is nothing better than peanut butter and chocolate!
