3 large bananas
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 cup applesauce
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Mash bananas in bowl; add sugar, egg, and applesauce. Mix well.
Combine dry ingredients in seperate bowl. Toss blueberries with dry ingredients. Fold dry with wet.
Fill muffin tins and bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
