It's been a while since I have made biscotti so I was very excited to see it pop up in the SMS rotation. Nathan and I really enjoyed this one. It is filled with dried cherries, almonds, and lemon zest. Yum, yum, and yum!

They look great! Aren't they the perfect little excuse to just sit and have a cup of coffee/tea in the mid afternoon? Glad you liked them!
I love the picture idea with the coffee - looks like you're ready to start "dunking."
We enjoyed these cookies as well. My husband likes his cookies crunchy, so he's always begging me to make biscotti.
