Almond Joy Oatmeal
Recipe adapted from Carrots 'n Cake
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1 cup old fashioned oats
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt (or plain yogurt with a bit of vanilla extract)
Sliced almonds
Chocolate chips
Coconut
Boil milk and water; add oats and cook until done. Put oatmeal in bowl; top with yogurt, almonds, chocolate chips, and coconut.
Yummy - now I wish I had all the ingredients so that I can make that in the morning :)
