Chocolate...Chip...Cookies. Need I say more? Really, though... These are delicious cookies but in my opinion, it is really difficult to go wrong with a chocolate chip cookie!
Thanks to Kait of
Kait's Plate for hosting this week. The recipe can be found at her blog.
Like you, I have a really tough time saying no to a cookie. Which may be why I had to bake 4 batches before I actually got a picture of these. Yours look wonderful.
ReplyDeleteYou need not say more..your picture says it all!
ReplyDeleteI made mine with white chocolate and orange zest - creamsicle cookies! i love the lighting in your pix
ReplyDeleteYour cookies look like they turned out well--not too thin like some of mine were. I think you are right though, it is hard to go wrong with chocolate chip cookies! (When it comes to taste that is.)
ReplyDeleteWhat a great pair of cookies (I hope you made more)! They look perfect! I cheated and used chips... but they were still delicious. And you're right - it's hard to say no to a CC cookie!
ReplyDeleteThey look awesome Cristine. What a great photo too.
ReplyDeleteThey look great! They're much thicker than mine--I wonder what I did wrong?
ReplyDeleteYour cookies look great. Mine were so flat, the chocolate I chopped up melted into the cookies. It wasn't pretty. :)
ReplyDeleteYour ccc's look GREAT! and Delicious! Love the photo =)
ReplyDeleteLovely cookies! Mine were not so lovely. Ah well.
ReplyDeletePerfectly beautiful. Not my favorites but, like you say "Hey, they are CCC's!" Nicely done.

Yours look totally GOOOOOOOD! I can eat those right now!
ReplyDeleteyour CC cookies look great, much better than mine which flattened out!
ReplyDeleteYour cookies look perfect! What's your secret? Did you have to do any tweaking?
ReplyDeleteWow Christine, those cookies came out better than the ones in the book!
ReplyDeleteYou really don't need to say more, those cookies look perfect!
ReplyDeleteThanks everyone!
ReplyDeleteKaitlin, I didn't tweak the recipe, but I did refrigerate the dough prior to baking. Don't get me wrong, a lot did turn put flat like most TWDers. I think these just happened to be the two best looking cookies from my batch. :)
